A few years into building my own creative business and career, I almost lost it.
Not metaphorically. I had a mental health collapse — OCD took over my breathing, my food, my relationships. Severe anxiety. Panic attacks. PCOS. I fought for my life. While I grew up with a ton of physical issues and mental health roadblocks - this was the ultimate battle. The whole shape of my life shrunk to fit the corners of a job I didn't want in a career I thought was the dream, anchored by frameworks I'd been copying from coaches or “influencers” who didn't have my brain or my body or my life.
Turns out, a lot of people felt the same. When I launched my first few courses (expecting, seriously like 20 people to take them) the feedback was LOUD. People with neurodivergence, chronic health, disabilities, parents, caregivers, and more, all felt left out. Nothing was working for them either. They were burned out. Exhausted. Thousands of students later, and piloting free programs, workshops and studies, I built up the foundation of this practice over two years which was the base of The Academy.
Then, I sat down and wrote this program over nine months — not with AI, not as a side project, but after serious data collection, deep study, and live teaching. I validated it with real clients before opening the doors. It has been evolving and improving ever since.

🌷 What if I don't have a business yet?
You don't need one to start. The Academy bends around wherever you actually are — whether you're running a 6 or 7-figure practice or you've never made a dollar from your creativity. And the container itself is just as flexible: if you want to use your sessions for nervous system work or life productivity instead of business, that's a real path through here too. We meet you where you are.
☕ Can I do this while working a full-time job or as a parent?
Yes — most clients are navigating full schedules already. Parents, jobs, health stuff, caregiving. The program moves at your pace and is built around your real life. 3–4 hours a week is the average commitment.
🍓 How long does the program take?
Twelve sessions across about sixteen weeks is the standard pace. Some clients need more space — pregnancy, illness, life. The timeline bends to you. I don't cut you off when life gets complicated. It's okay to take breaks or pauses to build and work on things as well. I just ask you communicate with me so I know what's going on.
🌸 What's the difference between the Academy and Sketchbook to Sales?
SBTS ($497) is my self-paced flagship program — three pathways, masterclasses, no 1:1. The Academy ($3,700) is high-touch, 1:1 coaching with daily Voxer, personalized strategy, and the workbook.
🪩 How does the payment plan work?
Payment plans are automated monthly subscriptions through Kajabi Invoices until you've paid the full program cost. This is NOT a credit line — just a way to spread the investment. We do offer connections to Afterpay and Klarna if desired via Kajabi Payments.
🌷 Will I get my money back or any refunds?
The program is non-refundable. I give 110% to my clients for their results and success, and given that your success is based on the effort you put into it, I don't provide refunds. If this investment isn't for you, that's ok.
☕ What happens after I apply?
I personally review every application within 2–3 business days. If you're a strong fit, I'll send a calendar link to schedule a quick call OR converse over email so we can make sure we're aligned before you commit. If you're not the right fit, I'll tell you honestly — and if I can, point you somewhere more useful.
