You'd Be in Excellent Company. 🌷
I've taught 8,000+ people around the world who were tired of starting over and ready to build a life around the brain and body they actually have. 🌷
What We Talk About 🌷
Part One · Your Nervous System 🌷
Understand Why You Freeze, Quit and Start Over.
Procrastinating, shutting down, not being able to rest: a lot of it is your nervous system trying to keep you safe. We talk about it in plain words, with real stories, so you can stop calling yourself lazy. What you'll take with you:A better sense of what safe, activated and shut down feel like in your body, and small things that help on the hard days.
Part Two · Goals That Fit 🍓
Set Goals Around the Life You Actually Have.
Before you set another goal, it helps to know your limits: your health, your energy, your time and the season you're in. We talk about making goals smaller and kinder, and about keeping going when it's uncomfortable. What you'll take with you:Goals you can actually reach, and a plan for the weeks your body or your life says no.
Part Three · A Seat for Everybody 🌸
Whoever You Are, There's a Seat for You Here.
OCD, anxiety, ADHD, chronic illness, disability, caregiving, grief, or just a really hard year. You don't need a business, a diagnosis or a five-year plan to belong here. What you'll take with you:The relief of hearing you're not the only one, and stories from people who kept going anyway.
the chat i wish I could find when I was in need ✨
A few years into building what I thought was my dream career, everything unraveled.
I lived with OCD and anxiety for most of my life, but eventually the disorders consumed almost everything—my breathing, my relationship with food, my thoughts, my work, and my ability to function. Add in chronic health struggles, panic attacks, and PCOS, and suddenly the life I'd worked so hard to build no longer fit the person living it.
As I slowly recovered, I realized the advice I'd spent years following—and teaching—was built for someone else's brain, someone else's body, and someone else's life.
Recovery didn't just change the way I worked. It changed the stories I wanted to tell.
Over the next five years, I wrote my debut novel, The Bluebird's Keeper, drawing deeply from my lived experience with OCD, grief, faith, anxiety, and healing. Along the way, I also found myself in conversations with thousands of women navigating neurodivergence, chronic illness, disability, caregiving, burnout, and impossible seasons of life. They weren't lazy. They weren't failing. They were trying to build meaningful lives using systems that were never designed with them in mind. That realization changed everything.
Today, The Sarah Edwards Show is where those conversations continue. Together, we'll explore mental health, the nervous system, setting goals that fit your real life, creativity, books, writing, faith, relationships, and what it means to build a beautiful, meaningful life—not by waiting for your limitations to disappear, but by learning to grow alongside them.
Whatever your brain, body or season looks like, this space is for you.
