The Sarah Edwards Show
The Podcast That Meets You Where You Actually Are. 🌷
building a beautiful life—from the inside out. Conversations on mental health, creativity, books, faith, relationships, and becoming who you were created to be.
You'd Be in Excellent Company. 🌷
I've taught 8,000+ people and worked with women around the world who were done surviving and ready to actually build. 💸
The Transformations 💸
Step One · Who You Are 🌷
Stop Being Invisible. Start Being Found. Pitch Like You Already Got the Yes.
Right now, someone is looking for exactly what you do — and they can't find you. Not because your work isn't good. Because your voice isn't out there yet.By the end:Your story is real and yours. Your offer makes the right person say "that's me, that's exactly what I need" before you've finished the sentence. The era of being overlooked — or copied — is over. Strangers start DMing you with "a friend told me I had to talk to you."
Step Two · The Foundation That Holds 🍓
Stop Pricing From Fear. Stop Posting From Panic. Start Earning Without Overriding Your Body.
Most programs give you a content calendar and send you home. This isn't that.By the end:Hitting publish doesn't cost your nervous system. Your money math makes actual sense — your Financial Freedom Number, your real cost of living, your pricing structure. Your systems hold on the weeks your kid is sick, your body needs rest, your day job is loud. This is the part most business coaches skip entirely. We don't.
Step Three · What You Do Next 🌸
Stop Wondering. Stop Drafting. Start Building the Year You Actually Want.
No more opening your laptop and staring at a blank document wondering where to start.By the end:Your offer is built. Your pricing is real. Your next three moves are sequenced — for the goals you actually have, on the timeline that fits your actual life. When Monday comes, you don't wonder. You open it knowing.
the chat i wish I could find when I was in need ✨
A few years into building what I thought was my dream career, everything unraveled.
I lived with OCD and anxiety for most of my life, but eventually the disorders consumed almost everything—my breathing, my relationship with food, my thoughts, my work, and my ability to function. Add in chronic health struggles, panic attacks, and PCOS, and suddenly the life I'd worked so hard to build no longer fit the person living it.
As I slowly recovered, I realized the advice I'd spent years following—and teaching—was built for someone else's brain, someone else's body, and someone else's life.
Recovery didn't just change the way I worked. It changed the stories I wanted to tell.
Over the next five years, I wrote my debut novel, The Bluebird's Keeper, drawing deeply from my lived experience with OCD, grief, faith, anxiety, and healing. Along the way, I also found myself in conversations with thousands of women navigating neurodivergence, chronic illness, disability, caregiving, burnout, and impossible seasons of life. They weren't lazy. They weren't failing. They were trying to build meaningful lives using systems that were never designed with them in mind. That realization changed everything.
Today, The Sarah Edwards Show is where those conversations continue. Together, we'll explore mental health, the nervous system, creativity, books, writing, faith, relationships, and what it means to build a beautiful, meaningful life—not by waiting for your limitations to disappear, but by learning to grow alongside them.
